Not gonna lie I felt some type of way about removing our house’s original slate roof from 1901!!! But man does the new roof look so good! HUGE shout out to Riley Chatfield and Sy Saqfelhait for a seamless customer experience! Can’t recommend these two enough!

Imperial Roofing had the contract to replace damage siding due to high winds. They worked with our insurance company to get the whole house replaced with new siding. Their crew took 3 days once they started to work and completed the job. Very happy with the job they did. Sy and Karl were very responsive to our requests and follow ups. My roof had suffered severe damage from a series of high windstorms this past winter and early spring. I contacted several roofing contractors and decided to go with Imperial after meeting Project Manager Zane Levesseur, who was very helpful in explaining what needed to be done and how they would do it. The crew were all very good and essentially finished the job in one day, a total roof replacement. And the cleanup afterwards was flawless. I would recommend Imperial Roofing, particularly Zane and his crew, to anyone needing roof repair or replacement. They do the job well and at a reasonable price.

I had storm damage to my house, garage and shed so I got a hold of Imperial roofing in Columbus Ohio. The man came out, his name is Chase, he gave me an estimate that day. He went through my attic, garage and shed and estimated the cost. This man was friendly, curtious, and professional and he told me he would handle everything, all I would have to do is call my insurance company. He got with his boss, his name is Sy. They both came in and again estimated the job. They came and did the job in one day. He replaced bad wood and the shingles. They did an excellent job at a fair price. This company is top notch when it comes to roofing and contracting! We needed a new roof after back to back wind storms. We contacted Sy, and along with the wonderful Sarah, they made it out within a few days! They walked us through the process with our insurance company, and did a lot of communicating on our behalf. We were very promptly scheduled, and the morning of the work day, his crew began work at 6:30 in the morning! The crew was so professional and did a fantastic job on the roof, as well as cleaning up before they left. They were able to replace all of the wood, and install the new roof in ONE DAY! I can't say any more about these guys! They even made sure our roof heating lines were put back up just the way they found them! They also offer FREE inspections! If you're thinking of upgrading your roof, or in need of a repair...I HIGHLY suggest Sy and Sarah at Imperial! They are the most wonderful people to work with! I wouldn't have trusted anyone else with doing the work on our home!!! If I could give them ten stars I absolutely would!!!!!

After the wonderful job Sy and Sarah did with my friends roof I had to have them take a look at mine. It's not very old, but what the heck, if there's storm damage maybe I can get a new roof ya know? They were wonderful and will be who I recommend for anyone's roofing needs in the future!

I worked with Chase from Imperial roofing, they came out and did an inspectio on my roof and also went out to my father's and they did a repair on his roof. They did a very good job! Sorry i was limited to just 5 stars. From start to finish this project has been a dream! (Feel free to edit all this if I'm gushing too much - i get it) My insurance company initially low-balled the job and i was ready to capitulate and accept that the repair job their inspector suggested, which came in just under my deductible, was how it was going to be. However; Sy was adamant. A repair wouldn't be sufficient. He encouraged a second opinion (I didn't know that was an option) and interceded on my behalf to make that happen. He met with the 2nd inspector - as he had wirh the 1st- and handled all back & forth with insurance company (thank you, Sy!) This dragged on for 4 months (no fault of Imperial - my insurance company was dealing with a lot of storm damage claims). During this time Sy and Amy checked in regularly to let me know they hadn't forgotten about me . The second inspector agreed that a repair wouldn't do and the upshot is I have a beautiful new roof! The crew was great! Can't get over what they were able to fo in one day! I have plantings around the entire perimeter of my house. Everything was carefully tarped and nothing was disturbed by the work. My gutters were much cleaner after the work & i noticed several gutter spikes that had protruded and i had been meaning to mallet in had been malleted in - way beyond their job description and I appreciate their attention to detail and the pride in their work. What else can I say - I'm just delighted with my new roof and highly recommend this company.

The company was used for my solar plan. The roof needed to be redone to support the solar panels. Imperial came out and did the job right. They even replaced some damaged plywood which hadn't been discovered until the started removing the shingles. Overall I would have given them a 10 star rating but you can only go 5. Would recommend them for any roofing need for sure.

I normally never write reviews, but I appreciate the honesty of this roofer who came out and looked at my roof. You rarely see an honest contractor these days. Sy came out and looked at my roof to see the condition it was in. After his inspection, he told me that I still have another six or seven years of life left in it. I’m happy I went with Imperial over the few other companies I obtained quotes from. To be honest, after meeting with Karl and being impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail and explanation of the process, I don’t know why I even wasted time scheduling quotes from other companies. I guess I just have always heard it’s good to get a few quotes. Maybe it was a good thing I got other quotes because that made me feel totally confident in choosing Karl’s company… the other guys seemed like they were trying to hustle me and were very pushy and unprofessional. Karl kept up with me on communication during the whole process, which was really quit to be honest. Bu think it only took the workers one day to do it lol. Seriously they were done before I even got home from work. Came home looked fantastic. Highly recommended

If you’re looking for an honest roofing company, these are the guys. They came out assessed my roof and didn’t try to sell me on a new roof. They wrote me a free estimate for the repairs and was back out a few days later to do the repairs.

When you have a roof leak or missing shingles, you have to jump on it fast. Karl is amazing, his sense of urgency is unmatched and then you find out that he is smart, reliable and experienced, you'll breathe a sigh of relief. It's just nice to know that I never have to call anyone else since I met Karl and team.

Karl came out the same day I called for an estimate, after major damage from a recent storm. I am extremely pleased with how seamless he made this whole process for me. I was informed every step of the way, and he was able to work with my insurance company to get the entire roof replaced. I barely lifted a finger. If you're looking for a quality company with integrity, I highly recommend them.
