The customer service I received was amazing, all of my problems were swiftly and masterfully resolved. My roof was recently damaged following the recent weather events and so I had to get it replaced and rather quickly. I came to this company, and they gave me a free quote with a good price, so I said yes. They came out and replaced my roof in only one day and it looks better than it ever has been. This is where I'm going to go if I ever have to do it again.

This fall after suffering hail damage, we requested an estimate.
That same day Imperial Roofing sent out Wm. Cox to inspect our roof. I was impressed with his knowledge of the insurance claims process.
So within several weeks , a crew he supervised was installing a new roof on our house. The job was completed on time and done professionally and with quality materials.

Imperial Roofing had the contract to replace damage siding due to high winds. They worked with our insurance company to get the whole house replaced with new siding. Their crew took 3 days once they started to work and completed the job. Very happy with the job they did. Sy and Karl were very responsive to our requests and follow ups. I recommend this company highly.
